IV. Preparation before working
4-1. Check all parts lubrication conditions,
4-2. Check drawing lubrication oil, cooling water, steam, air
pressure.
4-3. After checking, connect to power, according to the Electrical
drawing, use foot switch, to make the machine operating in low
speed (under 4m/s), if no Abnormal, then can begin to work.
V. Main machine structure
1-1. Material Q235
1-2. Structure The machine frame is welded by steel plates, sand
blasting, annealing and quenching to eliminate the inner stress,
then further processed by exactitude milling machine.
2. Wire inlet
Inlet location Located on the left of machine, 6 bores.
3. Axes
3-1. Materials 45# steel
3-2. Precision HRC25-27, to eliminate inner stress, to improve the
rigidity.

VI. Operating procedures
6-1. Open power switch
6-2. According to the wire diameter, choose the dies (Check the die
list).
6-3. Use pliers to break the wire to get a smaller section.
6-4. Use pliers to make the wire through the dies, then pull the
wire out (Use foot switch to make the machine running in a low
speed to make the wire move).
6-5. Wire direction, please check the Drawing for Wire path.
6-6. After make the wire through all the parts, close the annealing
door and the spooling door, make the tension swing arm in the
lowest position. and in running, the balance arm should be in the
horizontal line. No big shake, no up and down frequently.
6-7. Open the Annealing switch, open the Pump, open and adjust the
Drawing lubrication oil, Cooling water, Steam, Compressed air.
6-8. Set the length meters, then press the Start button to start
the machine.
